Brandon and Kathy were exceptional… Brandon is extremely friendly and he made my whole family of 14 feel welcome. My event was in Hot Springs but I had a very unpleasant experience at a hotel there so Comfort Inn and Suites will be my forever go to when my family comes in from Dallas.

Very easy to get to. Night shift was very friendly and accommodating. The morning shift were very friendly also. We will definitely be coming back!!!

Very well lit facility, good location for a weekend float-river trip. The king sized bed was absolutely amazing.

Clean, comfortable, breakfast was good, and adequate towels, etc. We wish all of our hotel lodging was this clean and comfortable e we it’s a hot breakfast. Price was good. Thankful for Booking.com.
